I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and every single visit is an amazing experience from start to finish. The team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely experts at what they do. I’ve been going to Appearances for over 4 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always so welcoming, and the salon is consistently clean with such a great, positive vibe. You’re always offered tea, coffee, or a cold drink (with a biscuit too!), which is such a lovely touch.
My stylist Izzy is amazing—she always does a fantastic job. She’s polite, professional, and her customer service is second to none. Consultations with her are always easy and reassuring. She clearly explains what she’s going to do, listens to your ideas, and gives honest advice about what will and won’t work.
I always get so many compliments after having my hair done, which says it all! The salon has also recently had a revamp, and it looks absolutely stunning—bright, spacious, and modern.
